Parent Information Night
September 24th!
On Thursday, September 24, 2009, the Corinth Elementary School faculty will host a Parent Information Night. Parents/Guardians are being provided with an opportunity to learn about their child's curriculum, expected levels of performance and state and local assessments. Sessions are designed to be short, concise and informative, and grade levels are scheduled at different times so that parents can attend multiple grade levels if necessary. Parents should report to their child's classroom per the following schedule:
6:00 - 6:15 PM Kindergarten
6:20 - 6:35 PM Grade 1
6:40 - 6:55 PM Grade 2
7:00 - 7:15 PM Grade 3
7:20 - 7:35 PM Grade 4 and Mr. Maguire's class
Please remember that this is a parent only night. It was designed by our Shared Decision Making Committee in response to parent requests for information on
student expectations, performance goals and assessments. If you need child care to attend, please call the elementary office, 654-2960 and let us know by Monday, September 21st.
Our traditional Open House and AIS Open House for students and parents has been scheduled for Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. The PTSO will also host a book fair from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
