The Corinth District Board of Education is composed of seven members from the Corinth community. Members serve staggered, five-year terms by district voters during the annual election each spring (in conjunction with the annual budget vote in May). At the end of his/her term, the board member can run for reelection. State law does not limit the number of terms that a member may serve.
Terms of office begin on July 1, the start of the schools fiscal year. Board members receive no compensation for their service.

The mission of Corinth Central, a small school district in the heart of an Adirondack community, is to ensure that individuals possess the inner strength and develop the skills necessary to contribute to and excel in a rapidly changing world, while still recognizing the roots from which they have grown.
